A small holiday home for big demands: The ideal place for a holiday in Tuscany with your partner or with older children. Here you will find a place to relax. An external staircase leads to the apartment’s cozy living/dining area. A shared dinner or a romantic evening on the couch with a glass of wine in front of the open fireplace – all possibilities are open here. The large Tuscan-style kitchen has, as usual, everything the heart of the Italian amateur chef desires.
Adjacent to the living area is the first bedroom with a wonderful, golden iron double bed. From the bed you can enjoy the view over the adjacent olive groves to Massa Marittima or experience the sunrise in Tuscany as a couple. The bedroom is connected to a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and bidet. A spiral staircase in the living/dining area leads to an open gallery where another single bed can be used.
The outdoor area offers a variety of opportunities to relax: In addition to a breakfast terrace directly in front of the entrance door, there is also a large terrace with a view of Massa Marittima. Here you will find a large barbecue and sun loungers in the shade of ancient Tuscan oaks and a fabulous view of the Maremma plain.
